Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Transport and deliver products and materials.
• Follow appropriate safety procedures for operating a CMV and transporting goods.
• Follows traffic laws, regulations, and requirements, including FMCSA, OSHA, DOT, and any other applicable regulations.
• Inspects vehicles for defects before and after trips to ensure that equipment is in good working order. Submits report about vehicle condition.
• Maintain logs in ELD according to FMCSA regulations.
• Obtains receipts and signatures for delivered goods.
• Ensures timely and accurate paperwork flow.
• Read and Maintain Bills of Lading for DOT compliance and record retention.
• Track Inventory

• Operates refer trailer in compliance with customer load temperature requirement

Pay & Bonuses

• Earn $1,625 -$1800
• Annual pay potential of $84,500
• Detention pay + performance bonuses
• Paid orientation
• Fuel card provided

Home Time

• Home weekly

Routes & Miles

• Dedicated runs to Midwest Route
• Average 1,900 – 2,200 miles per week
• 99% no-touch freight

Freight

• Refrigerated (reefer) trailers
• Typical food distribution products
• Reefer experience required

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CDL-A driving experience
• Valid Class A CDL
• Clean MVR – no more than 2 moving violations (max 1 in past 12 months)
• No preventable accidents in the past 3 years
• Ability to pass DOT Medical Certification
• Experience with various terrains, metropolitan areas, and winter driving
